Maianthemum stellatum, Starry Solomon's Plume

 

 

Starry Solomon's Plume is similar to False Solomon's Seal and Solomon's Seal, but has a few distinctly different characteristics. When you see it, you'll recognize the difference. The clusters of flowers are loose, less prolific, and flowers larger. The form of the plant is also different -see below photo.

Blooms: white, May into June 

Height: 12-18 inches

Conditions: shade to pt shade, moist medium to medium soils
