Viola spp., Palest Lavender Violet

All white with green throat sets this unknown viola apart from other white violets.

Violets are known for hybridizing, so finding one that you cannot easily, absolutely identify is not uncommon. I hesitate to say which violet this white and green viola appears most like. An all-white Viola sororia is possible, although I expect to see purple veins within the throat, not the green we see here. Another reason violets are so interesting. Upon closer inspection, I've noted that this seemingly all white Viola is more likely an extremely pale lavender!
